Description
"The weeks, the months, and the years have slipped quietly over the threshold into the past, as the little hospital had grown in structure and spirit. But today it is not the attractive brick buildings in their mountain setting that pays tribute to this man who devotes his life to others. The tribute to Dr. Baker lives in the hearts of the little unfortunate people of Oklahoma to whom he has given life and courage." - excerpt from undated tribute written by Robyn Eldridge.
Mrs. Robyn Eldridge was a former EOTS patient, an employee with the state Board of Education's mass X-ray survey unit, and an officer of the Recovery Club of Oklahoma, Inc., an organization whose members were former patients of the Eastern and Western Oklahoma Tuberculosis Sanatoriums.
